Allied Association Advisors LLC is a Las Vegas community management company born from the expertise and passion of a seasoned Supervising Community Association Manager with decades of experience in the industry.

This journey began with a deep-rooted commitment to serving community associations smarter and more efficiently using cutting-edge technology and ensuring manageable portfolios.

Together with a visionary partner and a passion for programming, they embarked on a mission to revolutionize HOA community management.

Regina Bradbury, Founder

Regina Bradbury has been in the HOA industry for over 20 years and licensed as a Community Association Manager since 2006. She’s been licensed as a Supervising Community Association Manager since 2011.

She’s built Associations from inception with two of the largest builders in Las Vegas and was awarded Community Manager of the Year.

Regina received several awards from a large management corporation she was employed with to include Community Manager of the Year, Building Great Relationships and Client Retention for 9 + years.

Regina noted the areas in need of improvement and set out to redefine the association management industry by ensuring manageable portfolios and using cutting edge technology, and providing only seasoned management.

Masters Degree in Science

David Bradbury earned his master’s in science from University of Baltimore in the year 2000, was a graphic artist for ten years and owned his own graphics company.

David always had a passion for programming and did SEO for a local solar light installation company, earning them their first multi-million-dollar account.

David has been an AP Physics I, Honors Physics, and Programming Teacher for the Clark County School District for the last 13 years and streamlined requirements from Clark County School District by utilizing new technology.

David, being the wonderful and supportive husband that he is, partnered with his wife to redefine the association management industry by creating new technology.
